Open Rework Project

KLIMENKO VG / BINARY AREA RECORDS

What happens when the next creative decisions belong to another musician? The goal is not a copy of the original. It is the version we could not have made ourselves.

Listen first. No commitment.

Listen to the Klimenko VG catalog. If one composition immediately gives you a different idea, reply with its title.

The WAV goes from us to you.

We send the original WAV of the selected track. You are not required to finish anything, and you are not required to send anything back.

You can experiment with vocals, live instruments, genre, structure, arrangement or a complete rebuild — whatever genuinely makes sense to you.

Creative direction is yours.

The project is not a request for free production work and not a remix contest. Its purpose is to hear decisions the original creator would not have made.

IT IS THE VERSION WE COULD NOT HAVE MADE OURSELVES.No obligation to finish. No obligation to return a file.

Only then is there a second conversation.

If you create something you genuinely want Klimenko VG to hear, and both sides believe the result deserves to go further, the next question is whether it should become an official co-credited collaboration.

Nothing about a release is assumed in advance. Rights, royalty arrangements and release terms are not requested through this invitation and would only be discussed separately if both sides want to proceed.

No participation fee. Nothing to buy.

There is no paid placement, no requirement to promote Klimenko VG, and requesting a WAV creates no obligation to produce or release anything.

Why this project exists

The project is connected to Klimenko VG’s broader public work on the difference between generating possibilities and making creative decisions. That background is context, not a claim of sponsorship or endorsement of this project.

One useful test.

If one track makes you think, “I would take this somewhere completely different,” send its title. We’ll send the WAV. What happens after that is your creative decision.
